We're positive you'll love your order, but if by some chance the item is not what you expected, please email ycaris@yahoo.com within 5 days of receiving your order. All items are valid for exchange or store credit pending a valid reason. No refunds.They must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, your credit will be reflected in your account.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will not be able to cancel orders once they have been processed.

 

If you would like to add another item to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to accommodate your request.We can combine the orders and credit you the second shipping charge pending that your first order hasn't already been processed.

 

 

Lost or Stolen packages
Unapologetic Femmes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
